You are welcome to return your items for a full refund within 30 days of receipt of purchase. After 30 days of receipt of purchase, we are unable to offer you a refund.
Items must not be washed, dried, damaged or soiled in any way and must be returned in the original packaging and in the original condition as received. Tags must still be in place.
Proof of purchase is required with your return.
Customer is responsible to ship items back to Wisemom Baby Boutique at customers expense within 30 days of delivery of said items.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please email us.
Only regular priced items are eligible for refund. Sale items are not eligible for refund.
Wisemom does not offer exchanges. Items can be returned for refund within 30 days of receipt of item only.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
